Specifications

The Palm 2.0 measures 1 ½” x 1 ¼” x 2 ½” in size. The 2.0 vaporizer weighs 39.2 grams by itself and 66.1 grams with the battery inserted.  This vaporizer is built with a polycarbonate outer shell, a ceramic heating chamber lined with steel rods, and rechargeable NiMH batteries.  Batteries charge in about 4 hours and you can expect about an hour of continuous use.

Warranty

The 2.0 comes with a lifetime warranty on the vaporizer and a 90 day warranty on the batteries. Use only the provided Palm 2.0 batteries as store brand batteries may overheat the device and void your warranty.

How the Palm Vaporizer Works

One of the best features of the Palm vaporizer is that it has little to no learning curve.  When you first receive the device, plug in the batteries and look over your user manual. You will find that the included manual will walk you through how to properly use your vaporizer.  When you batteries are fully charged, remove them from the charger and insert one into the Palm. Make sure to keep the protective caps on the batteries when not in use because they short out very easily when touched together.  Insert a mouth tip onto the Palm and then load your materials into the trench. Make sure your botanicals are finely ground before inserting into chamber, and do not over pack as this could damage your screen. Now, close the lid until it snaps into place.  Next, press the battery firmly into the Palm vaporizer as this will close the circuit and start to heat your material. You will see the orange indicator light inside the top of the vaporizer. Wait 3-5 seconds and start inhaling. Release the battery right before you finish each draw, as this will cool the vapor and remove all vapors from chamber.

Cleaning and Maintenance

After each session remove the battery from the vaporizer and store with protective cap.  Empty the herb chamber and brush away any spent material.  Clean the mouthpiece with the included pipe cleaners. Make sure not to damage the screen inside of the herb chamber.

To replace screen you will need a pair of tweezers and a replacement screen. First, remove the battery. Next, life herb chamber and remove black bezel from around the chamber. Thenm, pry the screen out with a pair of tweezers. After screen is removed, carefully insert the replacement screen into the chamber and reinsert black bezel.
