Warranty

The VIP2 comes with a 6 month warranty on the battery and the charger and a 30 day warranty on the heating element. The VIP2 atomizer comes with a 15 day warranty against any manufacturer defects. The warranty covers normal use of the device and does not cover any defects or alterations made by the owner.

How the VIP 2 Works

Using the VIP2 is simple. When you first get the device it is recommended that you fully read your user manual to get more familiar with the device. It is a lot different than other vaporizers so make sure you get to know your new vape before use. Take time to give your batteries an initial charge while reading the user manual.

Next, insert a fully charged battery into the battery housing positive (+) end first. Now press the button 5 times within 2 seconds to turn on the device. The light will then flash 3 times.

After you have pieced together your vaporizer it is time to add your favorite oil to the atomizer head (mouthpiece). Do this by taking the bottom off of the clear cap (you may have to use a nail or pen to pry open). After you have removed the bottom cap, drip your oil or e-liquid directly into the clear atomizer head. Fill a little more than half way but no more than 80% full. Now reinsert the cap on the bottom of mouthpiece.

Insert atomizer head into atomizer cone and connect to battery. You can now press the button and inhale to enjoy vapor.

To vaporize waxes or oils with thicker viscosities, remove the heating element from the atomizer head. After the heating element is removed take a pair of pliers and remove cap and wick from top of heating element. Place waxes directly on coil, the place the atomizer head on the atomizer cone and enjoy your vapor.

To remove the cartridge hole the VIP2 upside down and pull out the cartridge. This prevents oils from dripping and spilling.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Since the atomizer heads are plastic they can easily be cleaned with warm water. Let them dry thoroughly before reuse.
