Warranty

The VIP comes with a 6 month warranty on the battery and the charger and a 30 day warranty on the heating element. The VIP atomizer comes with a 15 day warranty against any manufacturer defects. The warranty covers normal use of the device and does not cover any defects or alterations made by the owner.

How it works

Charge the unit for at least 2 hours before initial use.  Remove the chamber connector from the heating chamber.  When using oils, fill the heating chamber with any essential oil.  When using dry herbs, place the ceramic honey comb disk over the heater.  Fill the chamber with dry herbs.  You can use the packing tool to gently pack in your desired material, but do not over pack.  Screw the chamber connector back onto the ceramic heating chamber. 

To turn the unit on, press the power button 5 times, very quickly.  Hold the power button down for approximately 2 seconds to initially heat up the heating element.  With the power button still held down, put the mouthpiece in your mouth and inhale lightly.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Use the brush tool to clean the walls of the heating chamber.  Do not push all the way down and touch the heating element.  This could cause the heating element to break.  Use the paper clip, small pen, or wire to clean the ceramic filter.  Wipe clean with a cloth.
