Warranty-

The Zema Pro 3 in 1 comes with a 180 day replacement warranty starting from the date of purchase.  This warranty covers and manufacturer defect.  It does not cover the heating chamber for sanitation reasons.

How it works-

Before using this product, make sure it is completely charged.  The charger light will glow green when the battery is fully charged.  This may take up to 8 hours for the initial charge.  Once the unit is charged, remove the pen cap and mouthpiece tip.  Apply desired material.  Replace the mouthpiece once material is applied.  Press the power button for 5 seconds and begin inhaling.

For vaporizing liquids, you must remove the ceramic chamber from the bottom of the unit and fasten the liquid attachment.  Do not over fill the liquid chamber, as this could damage the unit beyond warranty coverage.

For using waxy concentrates, place a tiny amount of material onto the ceramic heating chamber.

Cleaning and maintenance-

The Zema Pro 3 in 1 comes with a cleaning brush.  Use this brush to gently clean away debris from the unit.
